Peter Godderz
Peter has been a resident of The Northwest his entire life living in Idaho, Montana and Washington. He is an avid outdoorsman and traveler and loves all that our beautiful area has to offer. He served in the US Army as a non-commissioned officer during his time in college including a tour to Iraq in 2004-2006. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2008 with his Bachelor of Justice Studies, he attended Gonzaga Law School. Upon graduation Peter entered the business world where he managed and grew two multi-million dollar businesses covering North Idaho, Western Montana, and Eastern Washington. Real Estate was a natural progression for Peter after leaving the corporate world as he grew up in a family that owned a real estate development company. Peter and his wife currently own and manage several recreational and residential properties in Idaho and Montana.
Peter is passionate about the local community and has served as a CASA Guardian Ad Litem for the past 6 years in North Idaho. He brings his experience and professionalism into each transaction to provide the best service and care for his clients. When he is not working hard for his clients, you can find him spending time with his family hunting, fishing, skiing, or on one of our many picturesque North Idaho Lakes.
